1. How to contact us

Email sales@favorsair.com or call us — we answer any question about the app, bookings and accounts.

We reply to email within one business day. For urgent matters, please call.

2. Getting access to the app

FavorsAir is a workspace for travel agencies. Accounts are issued by a FAVORs Air Service administrator — agencies cannot self-register.

To request access, email sales@favorsair.com with your agency name, tax ID and a contact person. We will get in touch and create accounts for your staff.

3. Signing in and passwords

• Verification code does not arrive — check your spam folder and the phone number, then request the code again.
• Forgot your password — tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and follow the steps.
• Cannot reset the password — email us from the address the account is registered to.

We never ask for your password by email or phone. Do not share it with anyone, including support staff.

4. Bookings

You can cancel a booking in the app: Bookings → select the booking → "Cancel booking".

If the ticket has already been issued, changes and refunds follow the airline fare rules — contact us and we will calculate the terms.

6. Reporting a problem

To help us investigate faster, include in your email:

• what happened and on which screen;
• your device model and OS version;
• the app version — shown under Profile → Settings;
• a screenshot, if the error is visible.
